Instilling value into neglected and less desirable wood.
For this project I have set about turning Pines’ negative associations into positives, flaws into celebration and cheapness into value.
As a bespoke product, I chose to create a spotlighted spectacle out of the growth rings of pine, in an aim to create an item that is cherishable, interesting and more than just its preconceptions.
