This short film is about Julie, a young actress with a passion for drama, comes to James’ troupe for audition. However, she is sexually harassed by James, a man she respected, and she finally recognizes her situation and bravely refuses.
This story was inspired by Luobing’s acting experience. She enjoyed the stage but sometimes feel lost. Among the confusions, pains and struggles she encountered, gender-related issues took a major part in it. In her searching for a solution, she learned that many people, not just women, are sexually harassed without knowing it, let alone speaking up.
