She is a storyteller who is interested in conveying her thoughts about certain social issues in the form of animations or a series of illustrations. Her project ‘Data friend‘, is a stop motion animation about the relationship between humans and their data. It aims to visualise the data humanism, reaching back out to people by transforming the abstract information into something that can be seen and felt. She is looking to develop her practice in the realm of animation and graphic novels, utilising a broad range of visual languages to communicate to her intended audience.
Fangfang Han is an illustrator and multimedia creator. Her works combines elements of line-drawing and vibrant colours, which comes from her love of traditional narrative illustration. She combines analogue and digital tools to explore her practice on contemporary social issues such as consumerism, mental health, and lifestyle.
