‘My practice engages with the spaces that artwork occupies from conception to display. Through the course of the pandemic, as creative institutions faced closures, I was concerned with the forced versatility of the home which had at once become a studio, library, university, gallery and sanctuary. Now, as we return to a fragile sense of normality, I turn to the interstitial and intermediate spaces of contemporary art institutions, questioning notions of the ‘white-cube’, art-world labour, and the environmental implications of gallery practices.’
