Grace Barnes is an illustrator and designer based in London. Her work celebrates colour and character, with a focus on humanity and the faces that surround us.

The postman’s crooked nose, the taxi drivers’ many freckles, grandma’s wispy hair or the birthmark upon a sister’s cheek. These details, hidden, open, similar, different, new, tiny and all-encompassing, make us as individuals. Grace’s final year collection of clay portraits and wooden sculptures aims to celebrate these differences together.
