The country that I was born is Hong Kong.

My work draws from my own experience; the topics are mainly about my subconscious and gender cognition. Illustration becomes a way to understand myself, sexual identity and the relationships between people. My practice acts as a bridge to connect feelings and create dialogues with others.

In my projects ‘Me-Mon’ and ‘Ho-Me’, I created monsters representing aspects of human nature, that encounter different ethical scenarios. The work also explores the relationship between myself and my parents and the effects of long term suppression of my sexual identity. My aim is to connect with audiences experiencing similar situations to help them.
