Milton Keynes was designated as a New Town in 1967.
The town is the largest experiment in British urban planning we have ever, and will ever see again. There is more to this town made up of H’s and V’s, ancient ley lines and harsh difference than meets the eye. This is a series of systems, independent and interdependent, all at continuous play in the public realm. This work shifts, changes and develops, growing as it builds a wider image. A book, a blanket, a sound and a film: the sun, the blanket, the resident and the space.
