This project aims to find a deeper understanding of hostile architecture in the urban space. During the project, I conducted visual experiments, using text and cardboard (a basic form of communication) and documenting my research with photographs and video. The exploration and experimental process of the project is presented in a book, with the hope that people will pay attention to these defensive architectures.
Through my studies, I have found myself interested in social issues and I am keen to explore culture, history and the causes and impact of social events. I enjoy experimenting with different materials and making my work by hand, as well as digital software to bring the work to life.
